An Op to bless Women in Africa

Our friends over at Precious Woman Magazine told us about an urgent need. If you're looking for a way to help women and children in Africa experience God's beautiful faith, read below.

All of us at JHM Global, [Precious Woman Magazine's parent ministry] are appealing for your help today in anyway you can. Many of our projects in Africa are in a critical situation - they have been badly affected by the economy and people are hurting. There have also been many recent deaths of women and children in our communities from HIV/AIDS, as well as an increase in women being admitted into hospital due to HIV-related complications.

We have been seeking the Lord and are believing for miracles. We are desperately trying to send out a larger medical supply and more funding for food! We would be incredibly blessed if you are able help in anyway - no gift is too small! Just $10 would make a HUGE difference in a woman's quality of life.

Proven Way Retreat & Carol Kent

I had the privilege of sharing about the Beautiful Faith movement in Dallas last week at the Proven Way ministries women's leaders retreat at Prestonwood. More importantly, I met so many women with wonderful stories that exemplified God's beautiful faith. I was encouraged that so many leaders wanted to reach out and pour into generation next and now. We had funny discussions on facebook (which at the retreat I suddenly became an expert on). I also made some great new friendships including that with Carol and Gene Kent. I was so inspired by Carol's testimony about her son's incarceration. I also started reading her book Becoming a Woman of Influence. I added some of Carol's youtube videos to our YouTube channel. - Larissa
